HOT, the cable television provider, filed an appeal to the High Court of Justice against the Cable and Satellite Council and its chairman Nitzan Chen last Thursday over their recent decision to allow all cable and satellite television subscribers to unsubscribe to the service without penalty in light of the provider’s cancellation of the Hallmark channel from its service.
